Light of Our Lives
Well all I can say is it was well worth the wait! Brady Stephen Wright arrived in the world on August 19 at 8:15 in the evening weighing in at 8 pounds and 2 ounces. Patrick and I are both ecstatically happy and are amazed by this little miracle. I think he looks a lot like Patrick with a "touch" of me thrown in. He even has his long torso!

They even slept the same way in the hospital!
We arrived home this past Thursday and it has been a whirlwind so far. Brady has jaundice so we have already been to the doctor twice and have to go back Monday for another check. It is hard to get on a schedule or even attempt it when there is so much going on. My mom and dad, Patrick's mom and dad, and my friends have been a big help in the adjustment. It is nice to be able to share this experience with everyone.

This little life that we are responsible for is new for us. Please pray that God will guide us in raising this little boy to be a wonderful man just like his father. It is amazing how your life, values, and perspectives change once a child is born. Brady is a light in our lives that will never go out!
